Schedule a Walkthrough
The first step in organizing an estate sale is by scheduling a walkthrough. You can contact us by phone or email to get more information and to schedule a meeting in person.
Scheduling a Sale
It is best to reach out to us as soon as you know you are wanting a sale. During busy seasons, we get booked up pretty quickly. If you know you are interested in a sale it is best to reach out ASAP so we can block out dates for you.
Advertising
We advertise each estate sale on this website, our Facebook page and in the Peoria Journal Star newspaper.
Pricing the Sale
After the sale has been scheduled, we will select a date to price the sale. Our team consists of over 17 experienced pricers who have extensive knowledge about antiques and collectibles.
The Sale
Depending on the amount of items for sale, we typically run a sale for 3-4 days. We conduct sales on both week nights and weekends.
Example:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 5pm-6pm Saturday 9am-1pm
